Job DescriptionReady to support a team in achieving staffing success for our Saudization program? Parsons’ extensive experience, combined with your attention to detail and willingness to work hard, will propel your career forward.As a Recruiter you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and supporting the recruiting efforts across multiple programs. This is a broad, hands-on role, requiring a passion for recruitment, social media and most importantly outstanding networking and organizational skills. This will be achieved through the development of building strong talent pools, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as supporting with the development of new, creative recruiting ideas. As a Recruiter you will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.What You’ll Be DoingOversee all projects under your remit, ensuring there is continuity and compliance with Saudization recruitment and a strategy to deliver on time and with top talent.Working closely with decision makers across the business, thinking out of the box and support with solutions for any local recruitment issues.Ensuring candidates are qualified against a set criteria. The competence of candidates to be measured against the brief provided by the hiring manager.Ensure credibility is maintained through effective feedback. This is to be tracked using the TMS whereby all candidates are provided feedback, including those not being considered by directing them to Parsons’s website.Support Parsons Saudization programs through careers fairs, university days and building talent pools. Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidate. Successfully liaise with mobilisation and HR team to ensure the successful onboarding of the candidate.Working closely with Internal Hiring managers across the business, ensuring you are able to successfully take in a brief and articulate with Management from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. This will involve asking seeking questions to ensure this adheres to the recruitment process.What Required Skills You’ll BringInquisitiveness – Being able to ask seeking questions both internally to hiring managers and externally to candidates to help support with developing a positive recruitment experience. Relationship Building: An ability to demonstrate an awareness of the importance of fostering and sustaining trusted connections with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Being able to cultivate a positive and professional relationship with potential candidates to elevate the overall candidate experience.What Desired Skills You’ll BringThis is an opportunity for an entry level or Junior recruiter who welcomes the chance to develop their recruiting understanding in a collaborative and supportive environment.Industry knowledge in Construction/ Engineering preferredEffective Communication: Clearly communicates with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and expectations. Maintains transparent and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Organizational Awareness: Develops a deep understanding of the organization's culture, values, and work environment and infuses it in customized communications.
