Job Description

About Role:We're actively looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO Office. Your role will involve efficiently managing executive priorities, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth operations within our fast-paced automotive environment.Responsibilities:Here are the main things you will be responsible:Assist the CEO with organizational and administrative tasks. Manage the CEO's office and be the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Keep the CEO's schedule organized, prioritize inquiries, and plan the day effectively. Arrange the CEO's travel plans and handle related expenses. Communicate important topics from the CEO to stakeholders at Porsche AG. Help with procurement processes and selecting vendors for the CEO's office. Administer policies, directives, and compliance reporting for the CEO's office. Plan and organize workshops, conferences, and company events. Assist with business administrative processes like target agreements and achievements. Support the CEO Office Team on various projects across different business departments. Assist in organizing and executing board visits, including preparing agendas, presentations, and minutes. Plan relevant company business meetings and townhall sessions.Requirements:Here are the qualifications and skills required:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, exceptional organizational abilities, and high initiative. Ability to prioritize tasks independently, handle confidential information with integrity, and build trust with senior management. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and an understanding of formal structures. Experience working in a CEO's office or as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the automotive industry. At least 5 years of relevant experience. High proficiency in MS Office programs.
