IT Support & Business Analyst

Job Title: IT Support & Business AnalystLocation: International City, Dubai, UAEWorking Days: 6 (only 1 leave in week)Candidates Preference: Only candidates who can join immediately and are based in Dubai will be preferred.Job Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewThis role sits at the intersection of technology and business, playing a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our applications while contributing to the strategic alignment of IT with our organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesProvide first and second-level support for [specific applications/systems].Investigate and resolve application-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and vendors when necessary.Monitor system performance and proactively address potential problems.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Conduct analysis and impact assessments for proposed changes and enhancements.Work closely with development teams to ensure business needs are met.Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, including support procedures, configurations, and user guides.Create and update business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.Provide training to end-users on new features, enhancements, and best practices.Assist in the development of training materials.Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.Actively participate in post-implementation reviews to gather feedback for future enhancements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in application support roles, with a focus on gaming platforms, CRM.Must be able to work in staggered shifts (Morning/Evening/Night)Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Familiarity with ASANA and JIRA.Experience with AGILE/Scrum/KanbanAbout ANAX HoldingKingsmen Agency is a 360 marketing and advertising management company based in the UAE.
