This role requires a highly motivated, strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in complex environments.The ideal candidate will bring a blend of leadership, analytical skills, and operational expertise to support the CoS in executing M42's strategic objectives for 2024 and beyond.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and ExecutionAssist the CoS and GCOO Office in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that align with M42's mission and goals.Facilitate cross-functional team efforts to achieve key milestones and deliverables.Operational EfficiencyIdentify and lead process improvements to enhance organizational agility and efficiency.Drive initiatives that result in cost reduction and improved operational workflows.Communication and Stakeholder EngagementDevelop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to ensure clear, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships to support organizational initiatives.Risk ManagementFacilitate a robust risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact organizational objectives.Spearheading Key EngagementsLead key engagements with high-level potential partners and support in leading and driving the execution of key programs in the worlds of health tech and life sciences.This involves strategic relationship building, negotiation, and program management to ensure alignment with M42's strategic objectives and operational goals.QualificationsStrong educational background with a degree in a healthcare-related field. Master’s in business administration or equivalent.Min. 5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or related fieldProven experience in strategic planning and execution within fast-paced, dynamic environments.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Experience in risk assessment and management, with the ability to foresee potential challenges and proactively address them.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Experience in healthcare management and technology (e.g., AI/ ML, engineering, cloud, computing) is preferred.
