Contribute to project execution and delivery, collaborating closely with the team.Problem Solving and Analysis: Identify complex business problems and provide strategic solutions.Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring their professional development.Strategy Development: Assist Project Manager in defining client business strategies, growth plans, and operational improvements. Contribute to actionable insights and recommendations driving organizational change.Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, often at the executive level, effectively communicating findings, recommendations, and progress updates.Operating Model Experience: Design, optimize, and implement effective operating models across various functions.
