Let's get in touch.What You’ll Be DoingDefining and implementing a technology strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance under the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE)Overseeing and managing the quality of technology controls and technology risk assessmentsFacilitating Information Security Risk Management processesIdentifying potential gaps in policies or processes by thoroughly investigating evidence supporting risk and controls management, service quality, and complianceDefining technical requirements for technology partnerships, including KYC, payment railways, and Bank APIsDefining, executing, and being accountable for data localization as per requirements from the CBUAEPreparing data and other materials for reporting to authorities, committees, and managementBecoming the regulatory intermediary for Revolut technology in the UAEWhat You'll Need8+ years of technology experience in fintech, financial services, banking, and/or paymentsFundamental knowledge of information security and technology governance, risk management, and compliance managementExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsKnowledge of the CBUAE guidelines on information security and cyber securityExceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilitiesNice to haveRelevant information security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA)Knowledge of building SQL queries for business intelligence/management informationBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
