All our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.Join us and Make an Impact.We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Business Sales Leader to join AERO Team in Riyadh or Jeddah, KSA.ResponsibilitiesAccount Management Activities: Reporting to Sr Customer Business Director – Airlines EMEAI this role will lead an aftermarket product and services business with revenues in excess of $80M. The selected individual, through partnership with supporting functional resources, has accountability for customer account management and sales strategy and execution for the EMEAI region, specific to the Airline customer Segment in Saudi. This includes attainment of key regional financial metrics including revenue, AR, operating income, controllable expenses, and business renewal and growth, and quarterly and year-end goal attainment. The Strategic Account Management Director helps lead the strategic growth initiatives for his accounts, by providing the customer segment marketing strategy and associated marketing/value proposition development. Primary responsibilities also include working with C&PS to improve customer satisfaction on a tactical and strategic basis, in particular through commercial offerings and successful development and delivery of corrective actions for product reliability and performance issues.Responsible for managing Payment performance of the portfolio, dispute management process improvements to meet WADC, Past due % goals in association with other functionsDirect responsibility for Honeywell performance, revenue targets/growth, profitability for assigned customer(s), and customer satisfactionDrive customer intimacy at all levels of the customer organization to enable a customer-centric approach to growth and innovation.Optimize and drive account management construct to develop detailed understanding of entitlement, channel structure, and pricing strategy to develop capture strategies and drive growth.Optimize and drive business management process to act as operational focal point for business strategy including pricing recommendations, and customer business and contract compliance issue resolution across products and sites.Integrate and drive program management and project performance for development and in-service product enhancements, including campaign management leadership.Define volume, revenue and contribution margin objectives through Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and STRAPProvide business management direction to Sales & Customer Marketing teams in developing selling strategiesActs as decision point in support of marketing, selling, pricing, contracting and execution of new business Establish operating systems to measure comprehensive Honeywell performance against customer "Critical to Quality" parameters (CTQs)Implement business and program team(s), enabling processes, and broadly matrixed management operating systems to drive key account growth, profitability, delivery, cash, quality and performanceDevelop and execute detailed action plans and management operating system with Segment Sales teams, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Customer & Product Support (C&PS) and Engineering to achieve revenue and operating income targets for aftermarket sales in the EMEAI regionDevelop and manage improvement actions for performance across customer segments and product lines in coordination with the Gold Business Enterprise leaders.Direct monthly performance reviews for Sales, Voice of the Customer (VOC), Development Programs, Service Requests, In-Service Issuer Resolution (such as CSC/CCB) and other Program/Product Management Team activities.Act in a leadership capacity to others, providing direction, training, mentoring and coaching as required.Develop and execute long-term business strategy/growth objectivesEstablish and maintain executive business relationships with customer(s)Ensure standard practice implementation and operational effectiveness of Customer Core Teams (CCT)Direct responsibility for maintaining and growing HIS business interests in the Airlines sectorSales Activities Responsible for achieving AOP at assigned Airlines account(s).Drive demand firming.Use SFDC and data analytics to build account plans that focus on driving growth at assigned account(s).Driving RMU sales and securing repair & overhaul business,Responsible for all sales to an Airline which requires alignment and coordination with the Airlines Selectable, Connected Aircraft sales team, Service Sales, Tech Sales, HAT procurement & Sales Team.Team with C&PS and Aftermarket CBT Business Manager to present a simple way of doing business with our customers.Work with the Sales Excellence team for all SFDC related inputs, deal approvals and sales training.Daily engagement with senior management at Airline customer(s) as well as frequent briefings to Honeywell senior leadershipProvide input to AOP and STRAP process.Qualification BS/BA Degree in Business, Science or Engineering required, MBA preferredA demonstrated history of high leadership impact, strong customer focus and the ability to develop and execute an aggressive growth strategy are essential requirements for this role.
