About The RoleThis role is working for the central Private Patient Contact Centre where you will contribute to the smooth running of administrative processes across 10 hospitals and surgical centres. It will ensure patients receive a seamless experience by dealing with enquiries and tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Providing a high quality administrative and secretarial service for the unit to ensure an efficient service.This role enables you to gain a broad depth of experience and knowledge within our ‘Well soon ’ Private offering at Practice Plus Group, giving lots of opportunity for progression within our other Private patient teams.This is a full-time role working in our Bristol office Monday - Friday between the hours of either 08:00 - 16:00, 09:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00.
