Purpose And Scope Of The PositionTo carry out the planned preventive, preventive, predictive maintenance, repair and revisions of the machines and equipment of these machines in the workshop defined as the Toolroom of the factory in a timely manner and in accordance with the current technological standards so as not to disrupt the planned targets of the production and to ensure that these systems are kept in continuous operation and to ensure the need for tools for production in the required quality and on time.Responsibilities - "It is obliged to comply with the quality standards and legal obligations defined in the Ball Management System on Occupational Safety, Environment, Hygiene, Quality and to ensure that its subordinates, if any, are informed and trained on the aforementioned issues, and to ensure that a working environment in accordance with these conditions is created and complied with." - Understand, implement and contribute to the sustainability of Ball's 5 core values: We Know Who We Are: Uncompromising Integrity, Being Close to Our Customers, Focusing on Attention to Detail, Being Innovative, Acting Like Business Owners - Responsible for the procurement, access control and storage of tools used in some of the Front-End and Back-End machines. - Responsible for keeping the tools that the machines need during production ready to be used on the shelves. - Responsible for making the tools ready for production by reprocessing them after they are removed from the machines It is responsible for the packaging and sending of the tools that need to be revised in the manufacturer companies and making them ready for production by making the entry control of the tools that are revised and sent back to the factory. Responsible for providing and controlling the required temperature conditions during the storage of tools. Responsible for the use, maintenance and revision of cylindrical grinding machines called Regrind. Responsible for participating in Conversion applications. Responsible for participating in 6S practices and ensuring continuity. Must participate in TPM practices. Must participate in SMED practices.
