We are looking for a talented and dynamic Senior Social Media Executive to join SQUATWOLF. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies for and monitor our online presence. You will work closely with the creative and brand marketing team to develop engaging content, build brand awareness, engagement and drive website traffic.**Agency experience is a must**Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives.Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community management.Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and campaigns.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating new strategies and technologies to enhance our digital presence.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and PR, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall brand messaging and campaigns.Lead influencer partnerships and collaborations, identifying and engaging with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activities, providing regular updates and insights to key stakeholders.Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on strategy development, content creation, and community management.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience leading social media advertising campaigns, including proficiency in ad targeting and optimization.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Passion for social media and digital marketing, with a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.
