OperationsTo be an effective store leader at SMCP, you must be fully versed in both the front and back of the house in order to be successful. Operational duties tend to be very hands on. RelationshipsDevelops effective relationships with all Corporate partners by interacting with them regularly. The purpose of our Headquarters is to provide full support to our robust retail stores network. KEY INGREDIENTS - THE SUCCESSFUL STORE MANAGER CANDIDATE: 2-3+ years of prior supervisory experience preferably in luxury retail management - versed in Human Resources and People Development.
