Key ResponsibilitiesPoint of contact for the Recruitment related topics of assigned organization scope.Participate in different Recruitment and projects to contribute for the improvement of Recruitment process.Engage with clients on a case-by-case basis.Source and assess candidates as per the standards and qualifications from the client.Post and manage the candidates pooling using the online recruitment platformsQualification Standards, Knowledge & ExperienceHaving minimum of 6 years working experience, with a good understanding of the different Recruitment and HR processes Ideally experience in any of the sectors: Engineering, O&G, Construction, Aerospace & Defense, Technology, Telco Sector and Railway.Recruitment experience in the Middle East is an advantage.Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.Having experience hiring BIM resources is an advantage.Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Have a flexible and motivated team player.Having a client minded and goal-oriented focus and you have a problem-solving attitude.Excellent English Communication.
