Job Description Assist the business in developing metrics as per BSC Framework. Examining and monitoring KPIs to see if they are performing as expected. Understanding why KPIs are not performing as they should. Facilitate root cause analysis with functions. Ensure effectiveness of Internal Business Processes is measured as part of BSC score card per function. Implement the Change Management Framework to enable successful execution of strategic initiatives.Qualification Bachelor's degree Certified Balance Scorecard Practitioner Experience 5 to 8 years of experience in Balance Score Card reporting Root Cause Analysis Tools usage Expertise in usage of Analytical Tools Well versed with MS Power point and Excel. Experience in Real-estate is preferable
