ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and escalate issues as necessary.Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions.Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure correct amounts and reconcile discrepancies.Scan and process merchandise using the POS system.Ensure accuracy in handling transactions and providing correct change.Verify product prices and promotions.Keep the cashier area clean and organized.Collaborate with other store staff to provide excellent customer service.Communicate effectively with the sales team and management.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not always required.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently.Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Tagalog Speaker.
