About Role:We're searching for a meticulous and customer-focused individual to join our team as a cashier at world famous hotel. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and promptly. Your primary duty will involve handling various payment methods, providing excellent service to our guests, and adhering to the established rules and procedures for managing money outlined by the Cash Counter Office (CCO). It's essential that you maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency while delivering exceptional customer service to all our guests throughout their payment process.Responsibilities:Here is the main job purpose:Process all payment methods according to Accounting procedures and policies. Adhere to property control audit standards and cash handling procedures, such as blind drops. Securely keep the bank safe at all times. Count the bank at the end of the shift and complete required cashier reports. Resolve any discrepancies and securely drop off receipts. Transport the bank to and from the assigned workstation. Set up and organize the cashier workstation with necessary supplies, forms, and resource materials. Maintain cleanliness of the workstation throughout the shift. Complete opening duties by setting up necessary supplies and tools, including the bank. Ensure everything is in working order before beginning operations.Requirements:Here are the qualifications and skills required:Need a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous exp. as a cashier, accounting clerk, or in a similar job role. Good at organizing and doing many things at once. Can work well in a diverse environment. Good communication and listening skills. Pays close attention to details.
