Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning, organizing, and booking their travel arrangements. You will provide exceptional customer service, offer expert advice, and ensure that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.Responsibilities:Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related servicesUnderstand clients' travel preferences and requirements to provide personalized recommendations and itinerariesResearch and stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developmentsHandle inquiries and provide prompt responses to client queries via phone, email, or in-person!Collaborate with suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to negotiate rates and secure bookingsProcess bookings, payments, and necessary travel documents accurately and efficientlyResolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the travel processBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referralsMeet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the companyRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, with expertise in using Amadeus and other GDS systemsPrevious experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role is requiredIn-depth knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and travel booking systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong sales and negotiation abilitiesDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlinesProficiency in using computer reservation systems and travel booking softwareFlexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays, as neededIf you are a detail-oriented, team-driven individual with a passion for the travel industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please submit your resume and cover letter through the Travexs Employment Services platform: https://training.travexs.com/en/jobsWe look forward to hearing from you!
