Job Title:Organizational Excellence Manager Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans for Organizational Excellence that align with SWPC's strategy, vision, mission, and objectives.Support in the development and monitoring of the department’s annual yearly budget in line with strategic plans.Provide subject matter expertise and counsel to SWPC's leadership on related areas to facilitate the achievement of business development and strategy, divisional objectives.Setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating the team.Contribute to talent development initiatives for Organizational Excellence in collaboration with discipline experts from SWPC to ensure talent meets business needs.Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver defined KPIs in line with SWPC's overall business plans.Develop and implement departmental policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls to fulfill procedural and legislative requirements.Ensure departmental reports meet SWPC's requirements, policies, and quality standards in a timely and accurate manner.Design and implement SWPC's Organizational Excellence methodology, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategy and business objectives.Conduct organizational studies and update SWPC's organizational manual to provide a comprehensive understanding of the organization's culture and value-driven behaviors.Create and update policies, processes, procedures, and templates across all SWPC departments for a streamlined day-to-day operation.Analyze corporate (non-operational) data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing performance and achieving strategic goals.Review and assess the application of approved work procedures, preparing reports on non-conformity cases to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness within SWPC.Design and implement mechanisms, standards, and quality controls to be followed by all relevant stakeholders in SWPC's departments.Conduct studies, analyses, and benchmarking of departmental operations and quality systems to identify gaps, obstacles, and propose solutions for improvement in line with best practices.Manage quality plans, programs, and initiatives to align with best practices and standards, enabling SWPC to achieve organizational excellence.Study and analyze feedback reports from internal and external audits to prepare necessary improvement plans.Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and recommend programs to enhance employee skills and support organizational excellence.Establish performance metrics and monitor the organization's progress towards achieving excellence in key performance areas.Collect, document, and analyze insights and experiences from across all functional areas of the organization to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.Establish and manage a knowledge management framework to leverage in-house expertise and insights gained from lessons learned, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by promoting employee engagement and cross-functional collaboration.Regularly communicate with executive leadership and key stakeholders on the status of organizational excellence initiatives, challenges, and successes.Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools or methodologies in organizational excellence to ensure SWPC remains at the forefront of its field. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or any other related fieldMaster’s degree is preferable. Experience:8+ years of relevant experience in Organizational Excellence or any other related field
