Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant IT Manager to support the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems.
The successful candidate will assist in managing the day-to-day IT functions, ensure timely technical support, and help implement technology initiatives that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the IT Manager in overseeing the company’s IT operations, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor system performance, security, and backups to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
Assist in planning and implementing IT projects, upgrades, and system enhancements.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely procurement and deployment.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases, services, and maintenance.
Support cybersecurity measures and assist in training employees on IT policies and safe practices.
Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for future reference.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and business applications.
Experience with IT security practices and backup solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage.
