Facilitate in connecting Buyers with the global vendor & supplier base. Strategic planning for manpower requirements, hiring, and team-building activities. Resolution of issues related to merchandise execution and customer service. In-depth understanding and promotion of company work culture and ethics among team members. Full responsibility for overall management, growth, and expansion of the division. Drive innovation in products and processes. Communicate with stakeholders effectively.
