Job Description

Job PurposeJobholders at this level carry out specific tasks independently but are subject to close supervision. They research, collect and analyze information, draft reports and documents, participate in specific meetings and develop their own professional expertise.They undertake simple operational activities including collecting, organizing, filtering and categorizing data, analysing simple collection cases, and tracking KPIs. In addition of updating related activities through the digital channels, and documenting and archiving all activities based on set standards.Roles And Responsibilities Develop and update templates, tools, and requirements to ensure systematic and uniform documentation of data Develop operational oversight framework including planning, implementation and amendments of applicable operational KPIs, and ensure alignment with ZATCA’s targets and objectives Review Operations’ KPIs against Strategic, Operational, and Employees’ KPIs, collaborate with internal stakeholders (Strategy, Operations, etc.) to recommend needed updates and ensure alignment/synchronization Propose data sampling techniques and options highlighting sampling frequencies and assessment approaches in order to evaluate collection samples efficiency Conduct periodical meeting with Operations functions to gain additional understanding of processes to review and update control mechanisms and ensure compliance with latest guidelines and ZATCA’s strategic goals, policies, budget and SLAs Collect related documents and data and handle documentation and archiving activities based on set standards Update operations oversight related activities through digital channels Design dashboards incorporating key performance indicators and metrics in order to track achievements and operational progress Perform ongoing assessments and reviews on strategic and operational KPIs to ensure adequate performance, and report any performance issues with relevant operational units Draft KPI assessments reports and collaborate with internal stakeholders to share observations and findings, jointly review collected data and disparities to recommend relevant solutions Consolidate, filter and categorize operations data and figures to develop the periodical statistical performance report (daily, weekly, monthly) and escalate highlighted deviations for decision making Evaluate collection activities and practices through assessing collection samples; analyze performance against KPIs in order to improve collection operations within delegated powers, policies, procedures and quality standards Meet with business units to develop corrective actions plans for identified performance failures and forward to superior to secure approval, and follow up with them on the execution of the corrective actions plans Develop periodical reports highlighting performance findings and recurrent issues, and accurately fill results in the “Operations Performance and Reporting” section to be forwarded to ZATCA’s leadership for review Develop reports highlighting performance observations, suggest corrective measures and monitor on proper application Provide support for operational units for data extraction, gathering and sorting to assist them in carrying work activities accurately Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly Perform other duties as requested Train junior staff on the different job activities to ensure transfer of know-how, when applicable Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates/ junior staff Support junior staff or direct reports in order to execute their duties according to set policies and processes Qualifications J OB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 2 years of relevant experienceBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent is required
