Recruiting new office staff members when needed. Searching for candidates through different channels to build a pool of qualified candidates. Analyse workforce planning data and put the recruitment plan based on it. Screening resumes of candidates and preparing interview reports for potential candidates. Preparing the job offers and making sure that they have been signed before their deadlines. Coordinating new hires orientation programs Requirements-Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldSolid verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
