Additionally, we enable local retailers to efficiently serve global clientele by streamlining product delivery to customers' doorsteps across the globe.Job DescriptionWorld2Door is seeking a motivated and experienced E-commerce Growth Manager to drive retailer onboarding and expansion efforts in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, with a focus on onboarding retailers and managing partnerships to enhance product offerings on our platform.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard retail partners across various sectors, including furniture, carpets, electronics, garden/outdoor furniture, beds & mattresses, and sanitary ware.Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, both online and offline, to facilitate their integration into the World2Door platform.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing retailer participation and product offerings on our platform.Conduct market research to identify potential retailers and product categories that align with our customers' preferences and demands.Work closely with retailers to understand their shipping and delivery requirements and ensure seamless integration with our platform.Develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive retailer engagement and customer acquisition.Provide training and support to retailers on using the World2Door platform effectively to maximize their sales and reach global customers.Monitor and analyze retailer performance metrics, such as sales volume and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Represent World2Door at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and foster partnerships with key stakeholders.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on retailer onboarding and partnerships.Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.Experience working with all/ any furniture retailers, carpet retailers, electronic retailers, garden/outdoor furniture retailers, beds & mattress retailers, and sanitary ware retailers is a plus.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.OfferingCompetitive monthly salaryGratuityMultiple types of IncentivesSalik (road toll fees)Fuel allowanceParking reimbursement30 days of yearly paid leaveJoin us at World2Door and play a vital role in expanding our e-commerce offerings and helping retailers reach global customers.
