Work Permit Officer

Coordinate the work permit regulations in line with Maintenance and other concerned parties to sustain a safe work environment for teams, passengers, equipment and assets.Responsibilities/DutiesProfil de candidat recherché : Accountable for Permit To work validation and global work planning robustness. Prioritize works when required. Monitor training plans for infrastructure access. Develop monthly work permit reporting / statistics. Participate in updating the work permits rules. Coordinate with the maintenance company and the internal maintenance departments to arrange the schedule of maintenance works. Ensure the smooth operations for maintenance work activities, to maintain the Safety standards for staff and commercial service. Review and approve the urgent and unplanned work permit and coordinate between the unplanned and planned work permits. Communicate with Duty Chief Controllers and OCC manager for any issues related to work orders.QualificationsESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Suitable Degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics)Knowledge A thorough understanding of technical terms. Highly knowledge of work permits regulations. Good mastery of English language. Excellent Planning and coordination skills Ability to prioritize tasks as per business needsExperience Min. 5 years experience of any discipline. Railway experience is an advantage Ability to work as a part of a team. Customer Service Experience. Ability to handle stress and critical situations. Ability to work under pressure from both customer and internal side. Flexibility to work in Shift patterns as per roaster plan.
