ROLE: HEAD OF BRAND MARKETINGCOMPANY: THE FRIDGE ENTERTAINMENTWe have an exciting opportunity for a fulltime Head of Brand Marketing to join our growing team at The Fridge Entertainment. As the head of brand marketing, this role is pivotal in shaping and promoting the image and identity of The Fridge as well as driving business growth through effective brand building and promotion strategies. Responsibilities include:Brand Strategy:Develop a cohesive brand strategy, understanding the varied audiences of The Fridge, market trends, and competitive landscape to position The Fridge brand effectivelyCraft compelling brand messaging that resonates with The Fridge target audience including key messaging points that communicate the brand's unique value and differentiationCreate varied marketing strategies for different aspects of The Fridge brand e.g. concert promotion, community engagement, festivals, thought leadershipLeverage industry knowledge and marketing expertise to maximize company exposure in desired markets including UAE and KSABrand Management:Be the gatekeeper and custodian of The Fridge brand assets including logos, designs, brand guidelines, visual identity elements and narrativeMaintain brand consistency and integrity across all facets of the businessBrand Messaging:Oversee the storytelling, content creation and concept development of The Fridge projectsLead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identityOversee the PR and communication strategy ensuring consistent tone of voice and brand representationOversee and approve all project pitches ensuring design, copy and content is at the highest standardAdvance The Fridge brand by establishing company messaging, understanding the brand mission, and incorporating these into marketing materials (e.g., digital, social media, collateral, internal communications)Brand Development & Partnerships:Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations that can enhance the brand's visibility and reachDevelop co-branding initiatives, sponsorships, or alliances with complementary brandsKeep abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies Team Management & Budgeting:Oversee the management and distribution of the marketing budget across events and projectsManage the marketing team including digital marketing manager, content creators and copywriter to ensure services are aligned with marketing strategiesCollaborate with cross functional teams including project management, artist booking and programming A successful applicant for the Head of Brand Marketing:Creative and strategic thinkerExcellent people management skillsExceptional writing, editing and communication skillsAbility to juggle projects at the same time and keep a cool head under pressureHas a great energy, a sense of humor and a curious mindExperience in music or entertainment industry is preferredDuration: Full Time Experience: Minimum 8 years Salary: Dependent on experienceUAE Driving License and own car preferrableVisa provided or own freelance visa/permit or visa with ability to work (NOC) The Fridge Entertainment Founded in 2007, The Fridge is the live events partner of choice for leading festivals, concerts and world-class talent in the region and is renowned for setting high standards in delivering diverse and culturally sensitive entertainment.
