This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. The Contract Management Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that contracts are negotiated, drafted, and executed efficiently, while also mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Job Responsibilities Contract Negociation and Drafting Contract Administration Risk Management Relationship Management Continuous improvementProfile / Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, CCCM). Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, finance, government). Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
