We are in search of General Managers for our UAE Clubs.Key Responsibilities: Ensuring operational excellence in ClubProvide leadership and direction to a team of peopleOperations and maintaining high scores through the quarterly Brand Standards Audits Recruit and train new hires on business practicesDrive new member sales Deliver member journey proposition through Fitness, Personal Training and Group Exercise Strategies Recruit, Develop & Coach team members Drive Retention Strategy for the business Manage Profit and Loss for the club to deliver key stake holder returnsQualifications:Degree in Sports Management/Sports Science Coaching and Sports Qualifications REPS L2 or L3 Strong communications skillsPassion for Fitness and Living the brandExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsGreat coaching, mentoring and leadership skillsExtensive fitness industry management experience is a pre requisite to apply!
