Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with sales skills to promote and sell our range of industrial equipment’s, provide tailored solutions to customers, and ensure exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.You will work closely with customers in the automotive, manufacturing, and industrial sectors, helping them find the right solutions for their operations while achieving your own sales targets and career growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and approach potential customers in target industries.
  • Promote products by explaining technical features, advantages, and ROI benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, quotations, and technical proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing according to company guidelines.
  • Conduct on-site visits to understand operational requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries, leads, and ongoing projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM or reporting systems.
  • Submit weekly activity reports and provide market trend insights.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (other relevant fields may be considered).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales of industrial equipment, tools, or related products (fresh graduates welcome with strong technical and communication skills).
  • Basic knowledge of pneumatic and electric tool systems.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for sales reporting and proposal preparation.
  • Valid driving license is required.
  • Owning a car is a plus.
  • Residence in or near 6th of October City is preferred.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites regularly.
