Job Description
- Keep an up to date versions of the organizations charts and escalate any issues arises
- Responsible for handling job analysis activities and managing the outcome (JDs, Job Titles, system updates)
- Based on Performance Results preparing and consolidating all probation cases and validate it according to internal policies
- Acts as focal point for receiving promotions recommendations and verifying the eligibility for the promotion, accordingly issuing reports for decision taking
- Assist with developing and implementing organizational performance improvement plans.
- Developing and maintaining all dashboard and performance metrics reporting, including trend analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in the same role.
- Proficient in English
