Job Description

  • Keep an up to date versions of the organizations charts and escalate any issues arises
  • Responsible for handling job analysis activities and managing the outcome (JDs, Job Titles, system updates)
  • Based on Performance Results preparing and consolidating all probation cases and validate it according to internal policies
  • Acts as focal point for receiving promotions recommendations and verifying the eligibility for the promotion, accordingly issuing reports for decision taking
  • Assist with developing and implementing organizational performance improvement plans.
  • Developing and maintaining all dashboard and performance metrics reporting, including trend analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • 1 - 2 years of work experience in the same role.
  • Proficient in English
  • Technical Skills: Analytical – Computer – Data visualization.
  • Interpersonal skills: Ownership - Functional Skills - Ideas presentation and Taking initiative - Continuous Learning - Customer Centricity.
