Job Description
- Responsible for fulfilling all recruitment requests.
- Creating and posting job advertisements on various portals.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and different Recruitment Platforms.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to determine qualification criteria for future employees.
- Screening resumes and job applications.
- Conducting initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conducting in-person interviews for selected candidates based on competency and required skills for each position.
- Build and report Hiring Tracker. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
- Preparing recruitment reports, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and sourcing metrics.
- Participating in job fairs.
- Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process and coordinating with the IT department to facilitate the required technological tools for new employees.
- Sending thank-you emails to all rejected candidates.
- Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Conducting exit interviews with departing employees and reporting all required data.
- Conducting market salary surveys for specific roles to compare industry standards and ensure the company offers competitive salaries.
- Prepares monthly report of Turnover analysis.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field
- Must have 1 year of experience
- Proven experience in mass hiring is a must
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media & other sourcing methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Team spirit
