- L1 Support to customer tickets
- Support Account Issues
- Support Billing/Invoicing issues
- Transfer Portal / Products technical to back end technical team.
- Provide Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report

- Saudi Nationals Only
- Minimum Diploma degree.
- 0-2 years’ experience as L1 Support Engineer
- Good skills in Writing cases and interacting with Service Desk systems.
- Experience in supporting customers tickets.
