  • L1 Support to customer tickets
  • Support Account Issues
  • Support Billing/Invoicing issues
  • Transfer Portal / Products technical to back end technical team.
  • Provide Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Saudi Nationals Only
  • Minimum Diploma degree.
  • 0-2 years’ experience as L1 Support Engineer
  • Good skills in Writing cases and interacting with Service Desk systems.
  • Experience in supporting customers tickets.
  • Should be Saudi national Candidate
