Broadnet Technologies is a leading provider in the telecommunications and messaging technology industry, delivering solutions that power global connectivity. Our products, including Bulk SMS, A2P SMS, HLR, SMSC Gateway, and SMS Firewall, are essential to our clients worldwide, helping them engage and connect with customers effectively.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our B2B marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong industry knowledge who can implement data-driven marketing campaigns that resonate within the telecommunications space.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Development: Design, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness for our global messaging and SMS technology solutions.
- Content Marketing & Thought Leadership: Develop high-quality content, including white papers, case studies, blogs, and webinars, that position our products as industry-leading solutions.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and manage digital strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Optimize digital campaigns using analytics and best practices to target enterprise clients and telecom operators.
- Product Positioning: Work closely with product and sales teams to refine messaging around solutions like SMSC Gateway and SMS Firewall, emphasizing key benefits and differentiators for each product line.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Oversee lead generation and nurturing programs, utilizing tools like CRM and marketing automation to target and convert high-value leads.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and drive campaign improvements.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance metrics, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. Use data insights to guide future marketing initiatives.
- Event Management: Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and webinars, collaborating with sales and product teams to drive customer engagement and increase product awareness.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on technology, telecommunications, or messaging solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of messaging technologies (Bulk SMS, A2P SMS, HLR, SMSC Gateway, and SMS Firewall) and familiarity with their applications in customer engagement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising, with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing decisions, comfortable with performance metrics and ROI reporting.
Our Working hours extend from Sunday to Thursday from 9am till 5pm, in New Cairo, Egypt.
