About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Personal Assistant to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting, advanced Excel skills, and a hands-on attitude, especially within a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the accounting team in preparing bookkeeping and financial records
- Collect and organize invoices; ensure accuracy and completeness before processing
- Consolidate financial data with the finance team and input transactions into Odoo ERP
- Assist in document tracking, expense categorization, and financial reporting
- Maintain spreadsheets and reports using advanced Excel functions
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth finance operations
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role
- Solid understanding of international accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Experience using Odoo or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Fluency in English
