Job Description
To handle and monitor all treasury and bank-related transactions, ensuring timely and accurate recording in the Odoo ERP system, compliance with internal controls, and providing reliable reporting on the company’s liquidity and banking activities.
- Manage daily cash transactions and maintain the physical cash balance.
- Handle petty cash and employee advance settlements with proper documentation.
- Ensure safe custody of cash and compliance with company cash handling policies.
- Prepare and execute bank transfers in coordination with authorized personnel.
- Ensure accurate entry of treasury and banking transactions within the Odoo system.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all bank-related transactions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
- Preferred residence near Obour City.
