Job Description
- Analyzes and evaluates documents from a technical point of view in order to identify risk factors, and to ensure that technical terms comply with relevant standards
- Reviews, develops and enforce administrative procedures for operational performance within the terms of the contract and policies approved by the project manager and the client.
- Reviews advance plans and specifications for construction, assist in preparing proposals, and coordinate and schedule clarification meetings before and after
- Offers, amendment preparation and contract negotiations, Invoice quantities, work quantity, materials, equipment and requirements
- Reviews project cost estimates in terms of required materials Manpower during the project and ensures that all documents follow the coordination consistent with the company's rules and regulations
- Communicates with the Procurement Department to negotiate with vendors, approved suppliers and subcontractors for various supplies as per the project.
- Manages new and ongoing contracts, including monitoring contractor compliance, investigating issues and recommending corrective actions.
- Manages, reviews and recommends contract changes, review and settlement of claims, dispute settlement and contract change negotiations.
- Assist the Project Manager in contract closing procedures to ensure that all contract terms are compiled before final payment of contractors.
- Ensure that all contractual procedures are implemented and maintained.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration or any related field
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office and its applications.
