Job Description
- Managing the process of making the manufacturing, production and purchasing plans, as well as linking between all the related departments.
- Coordinate with production and purchasing managers to create a monthly level production plan.
- Review the issued annual and monthly purchasing plans based on inventory levels and production needs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends, customer demands, and historical data to accurately forecast production requirements. Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them to maintain smooth operations.
Assess the factory's production capacity and capabilities and align them with forecasted demand. - Identify capacity constraints and develop strategies to optimize utilization and improve overall efficiency.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing carrying costs and obsolescence.
- Determine needs to make changes in the production plan based on sudden orders or other unexpected circumstances..
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant major.
- Very good command of English language.
- Computer: Very Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to perform under stress.
- Previous Experience in Cosmetics
- Ability to work as a team member.
