Job Description
- Maintain healthy BOMs on the ERP system referring to any changes.
- Raise Process Orders on the Ax and ensure their compatibility with the production schedule.
- Create the detailed production schedule following the SRM within the S&OP Cycle.
- Maintain a high efficiency level of the production lines and reduce the changeover time/cost.
- Control the scrap level on the production line.
- Maintain the production master data on AX.
- Optimize the IPQC targets (Frequency & sample size).
- Monitor the components supply flow on the production lines to reduce the production cycle time of each FG.
- Participate in the annual operations planning meeting to set the production targets.
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Keep paperwork organized
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as production planner in a manufacturing sector.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
- Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning).
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems preferably AX.
- English is a must.
- Good at math and statistics.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
