Supervise and oversee mechanical installations, and commissioning activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, proposing effective solutions to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
Ensure all mechanical site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Assist in the procurement and verification of mechanical materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and status updates to senior management and clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
4 to 7 years of proven experience in mechanical engineering roles in construction.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple site activities simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in using engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid understanding of workplace safety standards and best practices.
Ability to work full-time and on-site, adapting to dynamic project requirements.
Experience in managing subcontractors and site personnel is highly desirable.
