Job Description
- Assisting in developing the Student Recruitment Plan to achieve target undergraduate and postgraduate student recruits per season as per NU annual goals and objectives.
- Participating in customer understanding and value proposition identification for the different target audience for each school, program or service provided by NU, and developing effective value-based communications and Activities and monitoring the effectiveness of the conducted activities with the target audience.
- Responsible for the execution of the recruitment plan across channels, by availing the necessary resources, conducting the training, and overlooking the quality of execution of all activities involved in the recruitment process including awareness, consideration, evaluation and enrollment, on time, to deliver expected results.
- Responsible for all Production & Partnership Activities necessary to execute the agreed plan.
- Responsible for gathering global and local best practices, as well as market opportunities necessary for proper plan development.
- Responsible for coordinating with Student Affairs department for proper flow and progress of the recruitment plan, as well as providing the necessary material to make sure all information is displayed in a professional, relevant and effective manner across channels.
- Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the response & behavior of Targeted Students to NU recruitment activities, competitive edge and communication messages, and Delivering recommendations for necessary changes in marketing and business development strategies to achieve better results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business related (preferable marketing)
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service
- Excellent command of English
- Good Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness and capacity to learn
- Details oriented & Organized
