Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
- Communicate with doctors to set up a meeting to present hospital services.
- Attend healthcare conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote products.
- Make a presentation about the hospital services and all the benefits.
- Follow up with doctors and the medical department to ensure all procedures are being followed.
- Bringing doctors and giving them a tour of the hospital and introducing them to the services, medical staff and necessary medical equipment.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing progress towards targets and market insights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or any related field.
- Previous experience in medical sales or related fields is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical practices, and healthcare industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse medical staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
