Job Description
- Follow up on customer needs.
- follow up on solving customer complaints.
- Follow up on the maintenance process.
- Follow up on the contract renewal.
- Follow up on the issuance of the invoices with Finance.
- Follow up on the invoices delivery and cash collection.
- The account executive acts as a focal point between the company and the account in terms of payments.
- Develop and maintain an effective relationship with existing customers.
- Document Admin Work.
- Attends regular meetings with clients.
- Provide the needed reports on time
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable University.
- 1-2 Years of Experience as an account executive/Customer support.
- Excellent user of Microsoft office
- Very good command of the English language.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, Problem-solving, detailed and customer-oriented.
- Sheraton, Heliopolis, Nasr city or nearby areas resident.
