IVR System Administrator

Job specific responsibilities:

• Configures different IVRs services (e.g. activate new customers).
• Adds, Modifies, and configures devices on IVRs.
• Traces & Solves IVRs problems.
• Writes SQL scripts and generate the required reports.
• Generates different requirements, files and reports from the switch.
• Handles Switch operation and give hand to the monitoring procedures to apply strong control and eliminate errors.
• Administrates monitoring system on the switch.
• Designs and generates required reports for generating statistics with the required information for each the institution.
•  Handles IVR switch, connected networks, connected banks, and different interface daily operations.
