Job Description
- Manage & handling Linux environment builds, including deployment, administration, networking, performance monitoring/tuning, security hardening .
- Work together with the team and external parties in troubleshooting/resolving application outages and other incidents to ensure performance and stability;
- Contribute to the development of configuration management and automate routine tasks;
- Proactively deal with monitoring alerts.
Job Requirements
- Working experience as a Linux System Administrator 3+ years;
- In-depth knowledge and experience building, configuring and monitoring web server system components and compiling open source applications.
- Very good knowledge, safe handling and experience with Linux systems (CentOS/Ubuntu-based);
- Experience with Redhat and Ubuntu package management;
- Experience with pfsense and sophos firewall is a must;
- Experience with Elasticsearch (ids,graylog) and can deal with syslog is a must;
- Experience in a web hosting environment and/or supporting a development environment;
- Experience in dealing with databases, especially MariaDB .
- Experience with web-servers, cache servers, application servers, SQL database servers. ( Apache, PHP, MySQL)
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools
