Job Description
- Copy, scan and store documents
- Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts
- Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
- Identify and apply the use of computer software to establish information flow system.
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Create templates for future use
- Controlling & Manage the flow of documents in and out within the organization.
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
Job Requirements
- BSc degree from suitable college
- Preferred Males.
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller in construction companies
- Developer background is preferred
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, highly-motivated and have the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with project management
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organization skills
- Attention to detail
