Job Description
- Performs scheduled Maintenance and preventative repairs on all electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Manage and provide subordinates and team members with the necessary support to conduct maintenance tasks and activities towards the achievement of objectives and plans .
- Make and Develop the maintenance Plans and monitor its achievement ensuring that preventive and predictive maintenance best practices are applied .
- Monitor the use of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiate reordering when necessary so that these are available when required.
- Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance processes and procedures towards the achievement of maintenance objectives efficiently.
- Review, approve and submit reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
- From 7 : 10 years of experience in maintenance field (Experience in Manufacturing field is a must).
- Excellent Problem solving skills .
- Leadership skills .
