Performs scheduled Maintenance and preventative repairs on all electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
Manage and provide subordinates and team members with the necessary support to conduct maintenance tasks and activities towards the achievement of objectives and plans .
Make and Develop the maintenance Plans and monitor its achievement ensuring that preventive and predictive maintenance best practices are applied .
Monitor the use of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiate reordering when necessary so that these are available when required.
Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.
Develop and implement maintenance processes and procedures towards the achievement of maintenance objectives efficiently.
Review, approve and submit reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems .

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
From 7 : 10 years of experience in maintenance field (Experience in Manufacturing field is a must).
Excellent Problem solving skills .
Leadership skills .
