Job Description
- Prepare and follow up the periodic and preventive maintenance schedule in coordination with production department.
- Review maintenance records and prepare spare parts purchase orders.
- Monitoring the performance of all machines to ensure the efficiency of operations.
- Maintain all emergencies and routine stoppage.
- Maintaining company buildings/Facilities whenever needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as reliability-centered maintenance, process optimization, and cost reduction efforts.
- Motivate team members and promote teamwork.
- Report all Mechanical failures and their corrective actions and root cause analysis.
- Prepare requested reports on operational activities and maintenance progress.
- Ensuring that all quality and Safety systems are in place to ensure the production of the products that are in line Company standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering (Mechanical - Mechatronics).
- 5 To 7 Years of experience
- Familiar with manufacturing technologies
- Strong communication, Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork & Managing Self and People
