Job Description
- We are hiring Senior HSE engineer
- Job Description:
- Implement and Maintain company HSE policy, procedures and the project HSE plan.
- Conduct HSE awareness sessions to workforce under his area in daily basis.
- Ensure that the works under his area conducting regarding the STARRT Card.
- Ensures that all PTW required works conducting regarding Company PTW procedures
- Ensure that all HSE RA control measures are performed in a proper way
Inspect the area under his authority regularly in daily basis to ensure that all works conducted in a safe way - Reporting any incidents that happens in his area such as: Unsafe acts, Unsafe conditions, Near-misses or Accidents
- Has a right to stop unsafe works or nonconformity works against project HSE plan, company procedures or HSE standards
- Supervise and lead the subcontractors HSE officer.
Job Requirements
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
- (3-5) years of HSE experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Maintain the safety standards and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment
- Aware of all standards of safety & ISO regulations.
