Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to internal teams and departments.
  • Manage and maintain records, reports, and documentation in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when necessary.
  • Support in planning and executing internal projects and business initiatives.
  • Assist with procurement requests, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
  • Handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for management or teams.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and coordinate with relevant departments for needs.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met across different teams.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative or business support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.
