Job Description
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to internal teams and departments.
- Manage and maintain records, reports, and documentation in an organized and accessible manner.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when necessary.
- Support in planning and executing internal projects and business initiatives.
- Assist with procurement requests, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
- Handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for management or teams.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and coordinate with relevant departments for needs.
- Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met across different teams.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or business support role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
