Job Description
- Install, configure, maintain & monitor all end-user hardware (PC's, printers, mobile devices, etc.).
- Install, configure, maintain & monitor all end-user software applications (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
- Act as the first point of contact for all end-user IT requests.
- Maintain Records for all requests, track until resolution and archive for future reference using company helpdesk tools.
Job Requirements
- Support experience in MS Windows (server and client), MS Office, antivirus, etc.
- A background in Networking (LAN / WAN, and Wireless).
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
