Keeta-Pricing and Payment Operation Specialist

Responsibility:1.Coordinate and collaborate with internal payment team and external channel partners, accurately calculate and settle their fees according to pricing plans, ensuring timely monthly settlements.2. Establish and continuously optimize a comprehensive and clear internal settlement SOP, covering regular settlement interaction processes and SOPs for investigating exceptional scenarios, ensuring smooth settlement processes.3.Prepare reports, consolidate data, and analyze payment data to identify discrepancies and proactively propose channel pricing optimization strategies based on the overall settlement process.4.Establish pricing and settlement reconciliation data and reconciliation systems, facilitating channel partners in checking their bills.Requirement:1.Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a related role (e.g., strategies, payment processing or financial operations).2.Advanced knowledge or experience of SQL is required.3.Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, the ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and effective communication within a diverse team.4.Arabic speakers with excellent English proficiency are preferred.
