Job Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and  educate clients on software features and ensure they fully utilize the platform to enhance their operations.
  • Monitor account performance and proactively suggest improvements or upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • -Troubleshoot client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., support, development) to resolve technical challenges.
  • Analyze client data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving business efficiency.
  • Generate regular performance reports for clients to demonstrate the value of the software.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to provide customer feedback and influence product enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Understanding of restaurant operations and technology trends is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing client accounts
