Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and educate clients on software features and ensure they fully utilize the platform to enhance their operations.
- Monitor account performance and proactively suggest improvements or upgrades.
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and expand existing accounts.
- -Troubleshoot client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., support, development) to resolve technical challenges.
- Analyze client data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving business efficiency.
- Generate regular performance reports for clients to demonstrate the value of the software.
- Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to provide customer feedback and influence product enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Understanding of restaurant operations and technology trends is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
